Ziploc Omelets

Ingredients

Quart Size Ziploc Bag (1 per person)

2 eggs per bag

Choice of ingredients- cheese, ham, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, onions, green onions, etc.

Instructions

• Write name in permanent marker on each Ziploc bag
• Crack 2 eggs into each bag and shake
• Add choice of ingredients
• Shake bag again and get all air out of bag
• Prepare night before, refrigerate and cook in the morning
• Place in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes
• A large pot can cook 6-8 bags at a time
• Open bag and omelet rolls out
